Messrs.Jardine Matheson Managers of Indo-China

Steam Navigation Company ask that prize "Frisia" to be condemned tomorrow may be chartered to them for six months at 2/- per month per tan gross demise basis they to pay all expenses and insurance. Their object is to replace Lovat and other two vessels commandeered by Government of India and to keep alive trade with India with which they have been connected for fifty years. In the special circumstances I recommend to favourable consideration and would be obliged for early
